    Use CDex. It uses the excellent LAME codec. Oh, and its free!

    The first rule of all Forums is not to ask questions that are beeing asked like 100 times everyday but to use the "Search"-funtion first. I really wonder if you did so or not.

    Not a problem. Now that you have a tool to work with, try it out. If you have any more trouble, feel free to ask for more help. If you're new to conversion, it can be a little tricky. (And video's even worse...)
