    how do i set max bitrate more then 2520 in TMPGenc

    Click the "Load" button on the lower right corner and load "unlock.mcf" which is locatedin the "Extra" folder, then hit the "Settings" button. Or you can click on the text next to the bitrate setting and click "Unlock".
