Curious...a friend of mine from England has some Pal DV tapes. Is there any way I can convert these to NTSC, perhaps via my computer, using an NTSC DV camera?
I've seen guides on converting PAL->NTSC using PAL tapes and PAL cameras, but not PAL tapes played through NTSC cameras.
