In Adobe Encore DVD
Ok, here is an example scenario:
I have 10 avis with 10 timelines
I have a main menu with a PLAY ALL button and 2 submenu buttons. When I press PLAY ALL, it plays timeline 1, then 2, then 3....then 10, then returns to the main menu. When I pick submenu one, it takes me to a submenu, where I have 5 buttons for clip 1, 3, 5, 7, & 9 and a PLAY ALL button to play these in order. Now I had to duplicate my timelines, to be able to set different end actions, so that when I press the play all button, it plays timeline 1, then 3, then 5...etc. etc. etc.
Now my problem is that I have to make duplicate timelines for the same avis to be able to control what the end action is going to be. This takes up disc space. I end up having double the timelines which means half the bitrate to be able to fit everything on a DVD.
Is there a way to work this differently then the way I am doing this?
thanks for the comments
