Hi does anyone now how to insert a message into a standard html website that says something along the lines:
Your IP is being logged for security purposes
IP: shows IP
ISP: shows ISP

Can't be done with standard HTML. I believe that CGI would be required for that.

I am using www.web1000.com free hosting service. Does it support CGI? If so how can I go about doing it.

I can create a DHTML page for you that'll do it. Only jinx is that the person has to agree to allow ActiveX controls.
