question on delete

To the moderator
About one week ago I have sent a message
Inquiring about how to delete / erase e thread
Posted on the forum.
The answer I got was to consult the forum help file
Witch I did. The info I got was that there use to be a
delete function that is no more active .It stipulated
That in order to delete a thread was either through the
Moderator or the edit function (deleting the message at that thread.)
I have tried through the edit, first there is one (maybe two)
Thread that refuse to let me “edit” msg “this tread is close
, you cannot have access to it.
As for the other ones I tried to delete them through the edit
(go to edit ,delete title and message ) It does not seem to work
I delete everything and when going back to the thread posting
It is still there? ?
Could you help in that matter or should you delete al thread could
advise me I will wait until everything is O.K. to post an other thread
The threads are from “samui”
