I have some videos and I'm burning them as VCDs.
The problem is that the videos are fullscreen. Is there anyway to make it into a widescreen or maybe a slightly smaller size so that it's not fullscreen?
Thanks for all your help.

Change the aspect ratio from 4:3 to 16:9 when you encode it.

I can't select the aspect ratio. The aspect ration seems to be already set and unchangeable when i select VCD.
Currently, it reads "1.0950 - CCIR601 525 lines (NTSC)"
there's no 4:3 or 16:9?!?!? -
Which program are you using? If TMPGEnc, unlock the setting first so you can change it.

Setting button>Video Tab>Aspect Ratio
Hold mouse over the words "aspect ratio", select unlock, change setting.
Been a while since I used it but I believe that's the process."There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge, and I knew we'd get into that rotten stuff pretty soon." -- Raoul Duke
