    Hi there, I have ripped a DVD using Gordian Knot which was no problem. What was a problem was the sound, it was in French and out of sync! Could somebody please tell me how to rip the English sound in ac3 and how to insert it over the top of the movie and get the sync right. I know its a lot to do but this is my first Rip and i would like to get it right.

    Look for the English subtitle if it has one.

    The easiest way to rip a dvd with no problems is by using Smartripper, DVD2AVI, and TMPGenc.
