I have a PAL format mpeg file which I have converted using TMPGEnc. It is four friends episodes that I will put on one cd and the one i have already done works fine. However with this one, I load VCDEasy and click on the chapters options, load the video into the player and scroll through it clicking on create chapter at the points I want (basically at the start of each episode).
All sounds good so far, but I then noticed that while the file was shown as being about 80 mins long, the episodes were only 5 minutes apart according to the time shown on the player. This meant thay my chapters were at 5, 10 and 15 mins. I thought this was a quirk and burnt the CD but it has actually recorded the chapters at these points. The cd plays fine but all the chapters are during the first episode!. I have tried again but with the same problems.
I have also tried to enter them manually (ie from another player to get the times and then put them in to VCDEasy dierect) but this won't work either.
Is there a problem with VCDEasy if the bitrate falls below a certain level? Or have I just got a freak version!?
