When I capture to Pc From Beta tapes using Adobe Premiere with a firewire port on a Sony Camera, I get out of sync with audio every 7 Minutes or so by 1 Frame. I dont have this issue at all capturing VHS Tapes. Any Suggestions

It's not the beta tape causing your synch problem, that's for sure.

Make sure you are capturing at the same framerate as the beta tape has been recorded to.Also bad frames in the beta can cause the audio to screw up,check for that.
