    I was reading somewhere online that the reason some vcds i am trying (test recordings so far) might not be working because the vcd setting and custom recording settings in MMC are not correct for vcd. It also said that there is a MMC Reg Tool that will fix it so its right. Is this true? If so where can i get it?
