    Hi,

i am trying to add subtitles to an avi file.

i have read a guide or two, and understand the process.

i have just one itsy bitsy problem.

the subs dont sync with the picture (about 16 sec out)

ffdshow has a delay box,but i cant get it to accept anything i type.

i cant find help file or a guide for ffdshow.

does anyone know how to use this delay box, or another way i can correct the sync??

    thanks in advance

Tell you what. Give me your hand, email the subtitles to me, and I will personally add 16 seconds to them for you.
