Space is kind of limited in my office. I'm attempting to do VHS transfers. There is a nice place for my VCR next to my monitor if I stand it up sideways.
My questiuon is: Will standing The VCR up sideways affect playback? Also does it matter if it is so close to the monitor?
TIA

i wouldnt recommend it. the force of gravity will not help the vcr at all. you can try it and see, but i bet it wont work too well

I had a feeling it was a bad idea, I just wanted to see if others thought the same. Thanks for the quick response.

Can you say "EATEN TAPES" ? Well, that'll be the effect. And it won't track right.
