Before I demux, the video and audio was great and synced.
So I figure if I demux, TMPGenc would make a VCD video-only a little faster, then mux the audio back in.
Source file:
AIW capture 352x480 @ 3kbits / 44.1 layer-2 mpeg-1
1st try:
Demux mpeg and convert m1v to 352x240 @1.15kbits. Simple-mux m1v & mp2 = padding problems, bad mpeg.
2nd try:
Demux mpeg and convert m1v to 352x240 @ 1.15kbits and convert mp2 to wav. can't remux, so converted wav to mp3 using jukebox. Advanced-mux with m1v & mp3 = sound is choppy and video is jerky.
3rd try: Standard conversion to VCD: source = m1v and audio = mp3. Sound problems.
4th try: Standard conversion to VCD: source = m1v and audio = wav. Success, time consuming.
What spec should the mp3 be to mux??
Can I make a wav or mp3 into an ac3??
Can I convert my mpeg to SVCD since my bitrate is 3kbits??
Thanks in advance for any advice!!
