Hi all,
I recently purchased a TOSHIBA (bulk) DVD-R/RW which I found to be the chippest of its kind on the market. I also purchased a gudget called EZDVDmaker or something used to capture VCR-composite signal into DVD format via USB 2.0 port. The latter came bundled with ULead moviefactory 2 SE software. Although combining both hardware items I succeeded in producing my first DVD using Ulead's DIRECT-DISC option I can not get it to work witn any another option available on the moviefactory2 SE software. That is, if I try to create a project using the standard authoring process everything goes well until I get to the final "Finish" stage.
There, the software issues the message 'Please insert a DVD disc' and kicks me out, although there is a fresh DVD-R disk in the drive just like bebore.
Even deselecting the "record on disk" option and selecting either of the remaining options ('create DVD folders', or 'Create image file') doesn't work, this time issuing the message 'Failed to open disk'. (Which disk in that latter case really, the hard disk?).
Please, help me! Is this a limitation of the software as the version used is the 'SE' version? My operating system is Win2k and I have no other issues in general.
Thanks in advance,
manolis
