I mean that the user can choose A or B ..? is that possible?

Depends what authoring program you're using. Theres a DVDLab guide in the guides section but it involves IfoEdit:

maa thanks but this is not what i ment...
I ment a motion menu with an audio track that i can change it, not difrent audio language. -
As far as I know, its not possible. Making an alternate menu on the other hand, is always feasible.
All authoring software that I've seen only allows 1 audio track per menu.
