    What is the best method to get media files from data dvd's onto my hard-drive. I have 7 dvd's full of mpeg, avi, rm, etc video clips. THey are saved just as files. There has to be a better way that copy and pasting these files from the dvd to the harddrive, that seems to take forever?

    I don't think you will find any faster way than just drag and drop to your HD.
