Well I did read the rules, I didn't consider anything in my post to be warez. Therefore:

I apologize to whoever, and secondly I'll rephase my question.........

I have a 4.0 Gig mpeg2 file that I want to add chapter points to (without using tools like moviefactory). I also would like to reformat a 16:9 source to 4:3.

Can someone help me with this!
