    I have been using it for a while now and seem to figure this one out. I have changed some environmental settins and it still has no pic when ecoding to mpeg... the program picks up the sound and video in the stream type section but cant seem to get a pic though need advise

    yea I get that stream of audio and video but there is no pic in the preview window. it seems to be working but there is no pic in the preview window need more advise
