But back to what I hate -

People.

This another annoyance, the HEAT is driving me crazy and I am sick of it. In Sydney on Sunday, the HEAT as an extreme 41° C or 106° F.

The temperature would have easily been 45° C+.

That temperature you quoted happened at Penrith, a western fringe of Sydney on a record 45° C.

I am on the south west fringe of Sydney, at Campbelltown. The 41° C HEAT occurred on that same Saturday and I was at home.

It was too HOT to go anywhere and I deliberately turned off all of my computers over the weekend and I watched lots of DVDs, drank lots of water with a fan running. 8)

Anyway, the Sunday before that as the worse due to extreme humidity. The top Temperature was at 37° C and a sweltering 90%. That day seemed to me as the hottest day since I was a kid.

The CBD of Sydney was largely unaffected by the recent extreme heat and Xmas day was the hottest day there. Manly beach was at 41° C that Xmas day, ask Hardcoreruss.

Now, I am having a shock early autumn and we shouldn’t be having any more heat wave for now.
