I have come across something unusual - hope you can help.

I have a original DVD that plays on both sides. ie, side one has half of the movie and after it finishes then it prompts you to turn the disc over to continue the movie.

My question is that both sides play fine on my dvd player downstairs. But on my powerDVD 5 on pc - it only plays side A. Hence - I can only copy half of the movie on my dvd burner. It doesnt recongnise side B - neither in DVD shrink/DVD decrypter etc. Any ideas???

    Thanks

try ripping each side with dvd decrypter in file mode first. then send it through dvdshrink, it might not need to be shrunk, bur that will insure the files are readable, then burn

Thats exactly what I mean - it doesnt read it in dvd decrypter. It doesnt read side B. Strange isnt it?
