    How to encode DVD to Mpeg without quality loss meaning:
    1. If the DVD has 9000 Mbps, so the mpeg file that is created should have.
    2. To chose what language the created mpeg file will be

    Any software suggestions or any help is aprishiated.

    DVD is already mpeg -- just use DVDDecrypter and do a stream rip of the audio and video

    I tried the DVD Decrypter and enabeld stream processing but I still get vob files?

    you didnt select stream proccessing and demux then ..

    but if you have a vob file -- you can demux it in tmpgenc anyway
