Hi,
I am using DVDLab to author a DVD. I have 5 clips that I want to put togeher onto one disc with menu.
4 of the clips (2 mpg and 2 VOB) are all at D1
1 clip (a VOB) is at half D1
DVDLab gives me a warning about the different resolutions, but lets me continue. It creates the DVD. When I burn it and play it, the half D1 clip is super pixelated, the rest is fine.
My question is, what is the best way to fix the problem? The half D1 clip, by itself, plays great (no pixelization) on all my drives.
I would appreciate any and all advice.
Thanks

The warning that you are receiving from DVD-lab probably stems from the fact that all clips in the same video title set (VTS) are supposed to have the same properties (resolution, aspect ratio, etc.). You need an authoring tool that can add multiple title sets. The PRO version of DVD-lab allows you to add a second title set. There is a guide on how to do it at http://www.mediachance.com/dvdlab/tutorial/multivts.html . The PRO version is only in beta form now and must be installed to a registered copy of the regular version of DVD-lab. A download for the PRO version is available on Mediachance's website.
Tools used: ScenalyzerLive 4.0, Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0, Adobe After Effects 7.0 Professional, Adobe Encore DVD 2.0, IFOedit 0.96, DVD-lab PRO 1.53, Adobe Audition 2.0
