WindowsXP Pro with SP1. Up till now I have been capturing fine using iuvcr, Ulead DVD MovieFactory and others fine.
Had to replace my MB (same brand and type) and for various reasons had to do a repair installation of XP. After that worked okay I applied SP1A. Now when I try to capture using iuvcr and Ulead DVD MovieFactory I receive an error Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime error and programs abort. i am capturing with a Hauppauge WinTV PCI card. Error occurred before I applied SP1A
The card appears to be okay since I can capture with virtualvcr and also PowerVCRII. Anybody know why this could be happening? Is there a way to download a refreshed version of the Visual C++ runtime libraries perhaps?
Thanks
