Okay...
I'm about ready to pick up an iMac, but until I get use to the OS and such, I wanna use my ATI AIW Radeon 7500 to capture via Remote Desktop (I don't want to keep my CRT monitor on my desk when I can just have my flat panel courtesy of the iMac), however, Multimedia Center refuses to capture via Remote Desktop Connection.
Is there any software that would support this that would allow high quality MPEG2 capture, or a way to work around this?

So I read somewhere that the older versions of MMC, such as version 7 will allow me to capture via terminal services. However, it will not let me install it, even after I uninstall the current one I have on (MMC 8.something). Should I take the keys out of my registry, or do I what?
