    What are the source mpgs? VCD/SVCD.NTSC/PAL?

    What are you playing the DVD on?

    Is it blocky on the PC using WinDVD or PowerDVD?
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.
