  1. I'm using tmpgenc 2.521.58.169 version 1.98.152

    and every time i tried to us the source range tmpgence get stuck

    what wrong what can i do to fix this


    only when i use a m2v file it works

    avi 's it get stuck

  2. I've had this problem for a long time using ATI's capture software (the MMC 8 and up versions). I corrected this by using VirtualDUB's AVI capture instead. Using the Source Range slider it doesn't lock up. If you're capturing your own AVI you might want to try different capture programs to see if that helps as well.

  4. I've run into this same problem before (I use ATI MMC 8.5), and what I do to get around that is import the video into DVD2AVI and save it as a project file (.d2v). Then I open TMPGEnc and use the .d2v file for the video, and select the audio file that DVD2AVI created for the audio source.

    only time i ever see this happen is when the source has ac3 sound. have to convert the audio with something else, like besweet.
