I have a dvd file that I have downloaded. When I open it in Windows Media Player it is perfect but when I try to encode it with TMPgenc it appears to be divided in half diagonally. I have tried various different settings but can't sort it out.
Can anyone help please?
Thanks

Let me guess, it's a DIVX file with AC3 audio? If so, check the guides for conversion.

It says it is a DIVX 3 Low- Motion but I don't see anything about an AC3 audio just says "0x0055(MP3) ID'd as MPEG-1 Layer 3".
