I love using DVD2SVCD to rip/convert/backup my DVD's, then burn to SVCD on CDR as playable storage, keeping the originals locked away.
You'll understand if you have young kids, why this is important
Anyhow, after letting DVD2SVCD do it's thing as usual, I end up with my 2 mpeg's, however Nero craps out with the message that the framerate is only 23.97fps, and not 29.97. What went wrong here? I have been over every setting I can find...
Tried creating the images (bin, cue and xml), which works, however, Nero can't/won't read the .cue file, and attempting to burn the .bin directly, Nero will only accept it if I do it as "Raw data", which of course, ends up with a useless CDR, not playable on anything.
I used the VCDXBuild setting. Should I use one of the others?

First, what possibly happened to give me a 23.97fps mpeg?
Second, if I burn the mpeg anyhow, ignoring Nero's dire warning, will it work in my standalone Koss at 23.97fps?
Third, what am I doing wrong with the images?
