    I have two minutes of video I want to put up online.

    I'd like it to be under 3megs and right now the least I can make it is 10megs.

    what do you suggest?

    Cut the bitrate down by 70%. That should shrink the filesize by about the same amount.

    At 1.5 Megs a minute, you'll need to use DivX and a small (352x288) frame size.
