    This implies to "backed up" divx/xvid. I once saw a guy who had a collection of about 1200!!!!

    I copied all my DVDs as DivX to DVD-Rs to take to uni - no way am I risking the originals! I have about 50 films, 24 Series 1 and 2 and Band of Brothers as DivX.

    Same with my CDs - I have about 200 albums in Vorbis on my hard drive. Safer than a pile of CDs in my room - doesn't tempt thieves.
