burn completed but nothing there???

when backing up a movie with DVD COPY EXPRESS, it reads it then burns it and says copyed succesfully but when i try and play it there's nothing there, any body no what i should check???
i have a dell with p-3, 512 ram, 40 gig hd and a pacific digital dvd burner, mach 8 and it soppose to write and read anything, any sugestions???

See if you did a simulated burn.

was the original a 2 sided dvd?

i found the same problem!!! i wanted to back up some data off of my hard-drive.. so i burnt a dvd. filled it almost with about 4.3gig. (it was a DVD-RW). The burning was successful, however when i went to view the dvd in my burner... it shows that its empty!!

I right clicked on the drive, and went the properties... and it says that there is 4.3gig of info on the disk, but I cant see any of it???? any ideas why???

why don't you ask about it in there dvdxcopy forum?

Sounds like you didn't install their dvd gear drivers.
