    I need the best and easiest tutorial on how to rip a DVD to VCD with good quality.

    The best and easiest way I have found is Using Easy VCD my copy come out perfect I have no problems at all..just throw in you DVD start up the program tell it if you want the file split or not or SVCD VCD or not and voila coupe hours later excellent DVD to (s)vcd.Hope this helps!

    Yep, I used the Eazy VCD program and the tutorial from this site for it and it was pretty good. Only con is it takes 5-6 hours usually for a long movie. But it turned out all good.
