  1. I need help i have got a movie file(AVI) and want to put on to dvd. i tried using MainConcept MPEG Encoder and made a mpeg file but when i played it back the timing of them talking and the audio are not in time any help will be good i looked at the tutorials and articles. Any new software would be welcomed. Thanks for your help or for looking 8)

    if your file is divx or xvid you are probably having problems with vbr audio encoding. open the file in virtual dub. under video select direct stream copy. under audio select uncompressed pcm/wave.. save the new file and use this file to encode to the mpg.
