as an update the actuall error message in the video is " avisynth: caught an access violation at 0x1350833a attempting to read from 0x12a8e000" to clear thing up for me does this indicate a problem with my source? or something else, because ive scanned my file for errors etc, and it also played fine, so im puzzled

ok the idiot i am, the clip is actually divx if it makes ne difference? but i also neglected to mention im trying to use a .srt file with it also for perminent subtitles added in the conversion tab of dvd2svcd at the go button, the source isnt the problem as it converts finewith out the subs but its useless as i dont speek japanese
