  1. encoding an xvid film to svcd using dvd2svcd and cce and the resulting bin and cue files when mounted and played are black with some red text at the top saying something about an avisynth access error or violation??? any one know whats going on?

  3. as an update the actuall error message in the video is " avisynth: caught an access violation at 0x1350833a attempting to read from 0x12a8e000" to clear thing up for me does this indicate a problem with my source? or something else, because ive scanned my file for errors etc, and it also played fine, so im puzzled

    Most likely, but it could also be that you've found an AVISynth bug...

  5. ok the idiot i am, the clip is actually divx if it makes ne difference? but i also neglected to mention im trying to use a .srt file with it also for perminent subtitles added in the conversion tab of dvd2svcd at the go button, the source isnt the problem as it converts finewith out the subs but its useless as i dont speek japanese
