    I want to freeze the last frame of my cut & fade to black. Should I expect to be able to find editing software to do this or is it a technique that I need to learn which can be applied to a number of packages with a fade out? Example: Haven't been able to figure out yet how to capture the last frame "exactly" in Womble MPEG Video Wizard so I can show it with their fade out for a specified time period. Any other edits support this?
