    i was just wondering ive tryed 2 convert vob files to m2v and it wont work with tmpengc the program hangs or says its unsupported ive then tryed 2 changed the vob files to mpg and still doesnt do anything still having the same problems is there anything i can do

    A VOB already contains a m2v file, so there's no need to use TMPGEnc (which doesn't support mpeg2 as input anyhow).
    Just demux it, using VOBedit or ReJig (which can also concatenate VOBs and shrink in the process).
