I have tried using TSCV's and VCDImagerEasy's tools tabs to add an additional directory and files to my SVCDs. Both of these tools will let me do it, but the files seem to be constrained to ISO9660 standard 8 characters. I know that Nero supports Joliet filenames.
Has anyone figured out how to get TSCV or VCDImagerEasy to support Joliet filenames/folder-names?

I'm pretty sure the VCD and SVCD specs only support ISO Level 1 (i.e., 8+3 and all the other things) -- in any case, VCDImager (the brains beneath TSCV and VCDImagerEasy) does not support Joliet.
