  1. I bought a copy of Sure Thing CD Labeler because I read where there was a template for the Epson R300 with it and the Epson software does not let me adjust my image to fit the whole template, so I thought I would try sure thing. I did not see a template for the R300 so I tried the one for the Epson 900. Sure Thing does let you stretch out the image to fit the template perfectly but when you hit print, Epson print software pops up a message that says the cd tray is open and you need to close it. It has to be open with a cd in it in order to print! Does anyone know what the problem is here? Thanks

  2. go to the printer setup and set the source to manual and paper type to cd/dvd or whataver paper setting you want, i think that will switch i to the cd tray instead of the paper feeder

  3. Thank you as it worked. Now I need to find a regular templage for the R300 that works in sure thing as this is the template for a full face disc. Thanks again.

Er well the epson print cd software with the epson 900 does just click on the picture and you get 8 small squares 4 in the corners and 4 in the middle of each side which you can drag out to the correct size...

  5. My epson print cd software distorts the picture when you try to drag it out. If you want to try something different, Acoustica CD Label Maker has a new beta version out that supports the Epson 900 and is it the 960? The template for the Epson 960 worked for my R-300. I just don't like the Epson software.

Of course it distorts it. You have to hold the shift button down to maintain proprotions as with any other program.
