    just wondering if anyone has this problem, not a reall biggie just gets a little annoying. in order to use dvd shrink(latest verson) i have to reinstall it everytime i restart my computer.

    I'm having a problem with the latest version as well. Everytime I try to use it I get a Macroprotection error and it wont let me back up anything. Period! Whats up with that?

    ghoster, try to first clean the registry of old DVD Shrink entries.

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\DVD Shrink
    HKEY_USERS\{...}\Software\DVD Shrink

    doubt that will fix it because my pc was just reformatted just before i installed dvd shrink. i have tried versions 2.3 and up and all dose the same thing.

    newest one 3.1.4. figures once i said something good about shrink it then it starts to have problems.
