    Your post makes no sense.

    For DECODER, I'd say LIGOS or LIGOS-backed tech. Maybe CYBERLINK in 2nd place.

    For ENCODER, the MPEG is the format. There is no "codec" per se.

    I would have to agree with lordsmurf. Except that I would reverse the order. I have had issues with Ligos and MPEG1 files. But that could just be my setup.
