Hey All
im a newbie so go easy on mei bought my first capture card last week and im having a bit of trouble getting a clear capture. im capturing from vhs and im always getting these diaginal. i posted a pic for u to see what i mean. any suggestions on how to get rid of this would be great cheers

I have had these before and put them down to problems with the reception/antenna, so I'd be interested to hear the answer myself.

My guess is it's macrovision (copy protection) and to get around that you will need a device like this http://www.facetvideo.com/ .
