What is the best Program for capturing pictures from s-video

I have an s-video in on my graphics card and have been using it to
capture pictures.. Is there a program that is really good at this ?
i know you have to expect some blurring .. But is there a program
that seems to stand above the others.. Also one that will take multiple
snapshots and then you can pick the good ones to keep..

You could try running your captured files through Virtualdub or TMPGEnc and outputting as image files.
