  1. Here are the programs I use for transforming
DVDs onto VCDs. FOR decrypting: cladDVD.exe
For frame servingVD2avi and finally for encoding
TEMPGenc 2.5. It is whit this program I have a problem.
He is supposed to encode my two files issued from the
previous program ( DVD2avi ). Those two files are
title ac3 t01_2ch (I believe it is an mp3 file) for sound
and title .d2v for video. (I am not sure how you call these files avi? )
After encoding I get a “film” in mpeg format.
The video is of very good quality and the sound
is perfect , the problem ….they are not synchronized
I have tried a multitude of thing; play whit the settings,
I `ve tried to adjust whit the audio gap setting and I`ve
tried the latest version of the TTEMPGenc 2.5 plus.
    Nothing works! !
Does anybody (probably somebody that had the problem before)
has an idea what to do
Or suggest me an other encoding program.
    Desperately yours
    Samui

I don't know much about using those programs separately, but I downloaded DVD2SVCD and this is the easiest program to use.
You already have TMPGEnc so give it a go. Personally it's best for SVCD over VCD but it may be better on your pc for VCD than mine.
