  1. I need to convert an AC3 audio file from 25 fps to 29 fps....I am trying to use Besweet, however, it will not work due to the fact that it seems like it no longer supports AC3 audio decoding (due to the fact of ac3enc.dll sucking!).

    Why?

    Every guide suggests that Besweet is the best for this, but it does not support it...yes, I have tried several different versions v1.5, v1.4....

    Can some one please point me in a direction of a Besweet that works correctly?

    or can tell me the command line in ffmpeg that will also do the convesion that I require (since they use the same conversion program)?

    or point me in the direction of a better program?

  2. Are you trying to change the playback speed of your AC3 audio?...or change the delay of the AC3 audio?

    If you want to change the playback speed of your AC3 audio, I suppose you would need to decode to .wav and edit speed of the .wav with Audacity, Goldwave or something similar.

    To change the delay, look in the tools section of this website.
