    Sorry guys, I read FAQ'S, posts, articles, but i still cannot convert my mpg2 file to divx! I can't use virtuadub 14c , cause virtuadub in not supporting mpg2 file, so I have to convert the file with TMPGEnc. I go to mpgtools, then what I have to do?

    for cut and merge no problem. My stuck is on "simple de-multiplex to de multiplex. this concept is no clear for me. Can someone explane to me in few steps what i have to do?

    Go to http://www.doom9.org, read all the guides to do with avisynth. Get avisynth, use avisynth to frameserve to TMPGEnc.

    Simple De-multiplex takes all audio and all video streams and puts them in seperate files, de-multiplex lets you do that OR chooose individual streams to output to files.
