    Also, could the Subject line be lengthened? We get too many "PLEASE HELP" and "MPEG PROBLEM" type subjects that are too inspecific.

    Also (2) is "inspecific" even a word?

    I don't thinking making a bigger subject line would help. People are just too lazy to be descriptive. I agree it is annoying though.
