@Baldrick et al,
When I try to post a comment in the DVD Writers or DVD Players forum my comments are accepted but I never receive a confirmation e-mail and my comments are not posted.
I know I can be an opinionated a**hole sometimes but I didn't think my comments would be blocked.![]()

It doesn't work with my test hotmail account. I have checked my junk folder and the email doesn't bounce back to the server....so where does it go?????????????????????????????????????????????

Can anyone with a hotmail account try post a comment in any of my lists
www.dvdrhelp.com/capturecards
www.dvdrhelp.com/dvdwriters
www.dvdrhelp.com/dvdplayers
do you receive any activation email? -
All should work....HOTMAIL can't just delete emails.
-
This problem must be recent because I activated my screenname and have posted several DVD player/writer/media comments with my hotmail account.

I even tried add dvdrhelp.com to verified emails. If hotmail are blocking the emails because of something else they could at least send back the email so I know what's wrong.
Any microsoft employees here? WHAT THE FU*# ARE YOU DOING WITH MY EMAILS? -
Strange...it works fine to register in the forum with a hotmail account. I have to compare the email functions.

MOVIEGEEK, you've secretly been banned. We were gonna tell you a while back, but we just forgot. So we just made it so you couldn't post anymore and we hope the situation will just straighten itself out. Sorry for any confusion.

If I change the email message text it works.......does hotmail delete spam? doesn't it move to the junk folder?
-
if I just remove the link to the activation it works.....why does this happpppppppppen to meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee...... .............i'm going insane now.....I have to ban someone now.

I SOLVED IT. I added Charset: iso-8859-1\r\n\r\n to the beginning of the email message and it works....don't know why...maybe it doesn't think it is spam then.

I don't use Hotmail for DVDRHelp.com due to delete spam filters.
I have add forum@dvdrhelp.com in the Hotmail address book or add domain dvdrhelp.com in the safe list in order to receive the email notifications.
I use my domain email forwarding address to receive the notifications.
