I placed an order for a 25 pack of Printable BEAll's 2 days ago with Meritline. I also had some Ink cartridges on that order. So I waited and waited for a conformation email from the company and never got one. So I then emailed them about the order and got no response. I called today twice and left a message on a CSR's machine. I desperately need the ink and I am really wanting to try out those DVD-R's. What can I do?

2 days isnt much of a wait .... really only 1 day on thier end ... give it another day or two -- they ussually answer emails within 24 hours ..

Not to scare you, but Meritline has a pretty bad reputation. Check out Resellerratings.com if you haven't already. The thing I hear most is, if you run into a problem, you haven't a snowballs chance in Hades to get in touch with anyone there. I was thinking of ordering something and had a question and called them, I was on hold for about 15 minutes, then they just disconnected me...I called back and got the answering machine. Needless to say I did NOT order anything from them.

The only redeeming quality that Meritline has over everyone else is the fact that they will sell you 1 or 2 DVD cases at a time, not make you buy 50. I just wanted a few of their 4 in 1 DVD cases for my compilation sets, but thats out the window now...Other than that, you can get better media deals at Newegg for some sweet Ritek G04 50 pk spindle for $48.

I'd def give it a few more days before hitting the panic button, it will probably work out just fine; but be fore-warned of the consequences if your order goes *poof*.
