I have avis that are off by one second. And when i use the avitodvd program, it still stays the same. Is there anyway to get the sound to fit? I was thinking of editing the wav file and adding a second or something. But why does tmpgenc make the output file m2v. How do i make it mpeg?

Excellent idea - or multiplex with audio gap in TMPGEnc/in the authoring app.I was thinking of editing the wav file and adding a second or something
m2v is mpeg2 video. Most authoring applications want elementary streams as source material, so there's no use for the encoder to mux audio and video when the autoring app wants it as separate files. But why does tmpgenc make the output file m2v. How do i make it mpeg?
